Monday mental wellness

I wanted to share a ‘Mental Monday Wellness’ tip to help you with the, oftentimes, difficult Monday focus.

If you are like me, you wake up and your brain wants to run down the tracks in a bunch of different directions causing chaos, stress, and that lovely feeling of being overwhelmed first thing on Monday (or really any day of the week).

Let’s put it in check!!

Here are a couple of things to think about.  First, take a deep breath……. and:

  • Today is its own journey, a gift to be enjoyed, not just a problem to be solved.
  • Be patient (with your self and others) and stay in the present moment, your path is always guided.
  • You are in control of your day!! –
  • Nobody else controls your day unless you allow it.  You may have to duck and dodge or flex a bit, but you are the Boss.  

Go to sleep at night thinking these thoughts and wake up with the power and peace to rock your day.
